Terry Cowan is Chairman of the Healing Paws for Warriors (HP4Ws) Board of Directors; providing non-profit organizational guidance.

Terry served 26 years in the United States Army as an Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data Systems specialist and Tactical Operations Center manager.  After retiring from the Army, he joined the CareerSource Okaloosa Walton team as a Disabled Veteran Outreach Program specialist, with a subsequent assignment as a Local Veterans Employment Representative.

He currently serves as the Program Manager for CareerSource Okaloosa Walton’s  Veteran and Military Family employment programs.

 

Terry has a Bachelor’s of Applied Science specializing in Project Management.  He is the father of three sons and a daughter, and resides in Fort Walton Beach.
