Raychell Pollard is the assistant trainer for Healing Paws for Warriors.

Raychell has been surrounded by animals most of her life. At a young age, she began rescuing stray animals that she would find in her neighborhood. At the age of ten, she started grooming and caring for dogs and horses. She was employed by Actions Dog Training, Daycare and; Night Care Center in Northeast Florida for eleven years. Her role as a dog counselor prepared her for her life’s career with animals. It was during this time, she began learning and developing the skills necessary to train dogs in basic obedience.

Shortly after, she became an assistant trainer in a group class setting, helping to teach dog owners how to train their own dogs. Additionally, as an adult, she acquired the skills necessary to work horses. She would rescue horses and teach them basic horsemanship skills, ultimately finding the perfect forever home for them.

Raychell continues to be an advocate for animals, enriching their lives through compassionate training methods and as a dedicated caregiver.
